We provided an expert witness to opine on what reasonably could have been expected in joint venture dealings. Our expert report outlined an overview of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, as well as commentary applying the expert’s experience and opinions specifically to the details of the case.

A chartered accountant, our expert worked in corporate finance most of his career, advising and executing transactions for a wide range of clients, often involving complex cross-border transactions for high profile international corporate clients.
