We are very pleased to announce that Martello Expert Services (“Martello”) and GBRW Expert Witness (“GBRWEW”) are joining forces, merging two of the highest quality expert witness firms under the Martello brand.
Martello’s and GBRWEW’s businesses are highly complementary, and the combined group will have a track record of over 850 engagements and a panel of over 500 experts in banking and finance, capital markets, insurance, energy, trade finance and commodities. All working alongside our in-house team of analysts to deliver an excellent service.
The merger will involve GBRWEW becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the Martello Group. The GBRWEW management team is highly supportive of this development and will continue to be involved during the transition period following the acquisition.
Paul Rex, Tim Dowlen, John Turnbull, Martin Edwards and David Croft will become Senior Advisors and continue to work with Martello to originate new opportunities for the combined business. We are excited and believe that the combination of Martello and GBRWEW will drive the next phase of our growth.
