Martello is delighted that Geoffrey Senogles will be joining the team as a non-executive Senior Advisor, and will represent Martello in Switzerland and across continental Europe from his firm’s office near Geneva. As part of this announcement, Martello now has an office presence in Switzerland.
Geoff is a Chartered Accountant whose core forensic accounting practice over the last three decades has been dispute resolution and financial investigations. He has testified on over 60 occasions; as a party-appointed or a Tribunal/Court-appointed expert witness. He has handled many hundreds of cases and advisory projects, covering an extremely broad range of business sectors and legal contexts, and has worked in many countries. He has run businesses and has sat on client company boards, which all means he brings decades of real world, hands-on experience of how a business operates. In addition, he has lectured on LL.M. programmes for over 15 years and sits on a major funder’s Investment Committee.
Geoff brings formidable courtroom and hearing room experience across the expert witness sector. Part of his advisory role is to provide practical expert witness training and coaching sessions to Martello’s roster of experts, right across their various fields of expertise.
Geoff will be an asset to the Martello team and we are looking forward to working alongside him.
