Martello is pleased to announce that Juan Sáez has joined the firm as Senior Partner, leading our MENA and LATAM operations.
Juan is a leading construction delay expert with experience across major projects in the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. His work spans energy (combined cycle, hydro, solar, wind, coal, and nuclear), oil and gas (onshore and offshore), real estate, manufacturing, data centres, and large-scale infrastructure.
He is recognised by Lexology as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Arbitration (since 2023).
Juan holds a double engineering degree from École Centrale Paris and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, as well as an applied economics degree from Université Paris Dauphine. He works fluently in English, Spanish, and French and is available to support clients requiring multilingual expertise across jurisdictions.
