Danny joined Martello in October 2025 as an AI Systems & Operations Analyst, where he focused on streamlining internal processes and supporting the operation and financial functions of the company. He is regularly seconded to the Analyst team after showing a keen interest in a client-facing role and works closely with appointed experts on a range of complex disputes.
With his extensive background in training AI, handling large datasets, preparing structured written outputs and working collaboratively with senior teams, Danny is an excellent addition to the Analyst team.
Prior to joining Martello, Danny graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First-Class degree in Liberal Arts and Natural Science with a major in Philosophy.
