Dr Elizabeth North is a civil engineer and infrastructure specialist with expertise in complex fluid mechanics and infrastructure project design and delivery. She has extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure and urban development projects, ranging from rural water and wastewater management in New Zealand, to the delivery of the complete utilities design across a suite of luxury resorts on the Red Sea.
Prior to joining Martello, Elizabeth worked within the public sector in Abu Dhabi, focused on the delivery of a comprehensive program of stormwater projects. She has worked closely with government stakeholders, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and sustainable infrastructure solutions across a range of major developments.
Originally from New Zealand, Elizabeth began her career in civil engineering before developing a specialist focus in integrated water management and project delivery. She brings experience across program management, infrastructure planning, design coordination, technical review, and stakeholder management for complex projects in the Middle East and internationally.
Dr Elizabeth North holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
