Rayo Earls is an Energy Professional with 25 years of experience in upstream, downstream and refining sectors of the oil and gas industry. Her experience was gained primarily within consulting firms having started her career working on large scale front end and detailed engineering EPC projects in the UK, South America, EMEA and APAC.
Rayo has led teams encompassing all areas of the project life cycle from due diligence, feasibility, and concept development to operations support. She has most recently worked on renewable energy projects supporting commercialisation of new technologies for CCS, SAF and low carbon fuels.
Rayo’s qualifications include an MSc (Chemical Engineering) from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
